Our background comes from manufacturing. We started as an elevator guide rail factory over 22 years ago and have been supplying OEM systems for many years. Based on this foundation, we established our elevator and escalator parts company 15 years ago to serve the market more directly.

Today, we work with long-term partner factories, allowing us to offer competitive pricing, stable quality at OEM level, and reliable supply. Beyond standard sourcing, we are also known for accessing scarce or hard-to-find parts, and for accurately identifying part numbers, compatibility, and authenticity.

Our goal is simple: to make elevator and escalator parts sourcing more reliable, transparent, and sustainable.

We did not start in the parts business by chance.

Over years of working closely with customers as a guide rail manufacturer, we repeatedly heard the same complaints:

parts were becoming more expensive, quality less consistent, and supply less dependable.

As the market became more complex—with mixed part numbers, counterfeit products, and growing compliance risks—we realized that customers needed more than quotations. They needed a supplier who truly understood products, factories, and long-term responsibility.

That was why we decided to build a dedicated parts business.

Our focus has always been on doing regular parts properly. Only when stable market supply is no longer possible do we consider tooling development with factories as a backup solution.
